Consumers spent almost $300 billion on home improvements in 2006 and that number is expected to grow. A large part of that spending goes to giving yards more of the resort type feel that is featured in exotic vacation spots

Outdoor furniture now features ultra modern materials and design. You can now easily spend $65,000 on an outdoor kitchen. Other high end items include portable outdoor fireplaces and hundred thousand dollar tree houses.
